Combining Reflexology and Meridian Therapies

In this brief monograph we will be looking at how we can combine the techniques and principles of EFT and Meridian Therapies in general with Reflexology.

As this discussion is concerned primarily with using EFT with Reflexology, the main part of the discussion will be centered on the 12 primary acupuncture channels and 2 of the 8 extra channels.

Using EFT as part of a Reflexology Treatment

There are basically two ways you can apply EFT in any situation: you tap for the client or the client taps for themselves.

As you will be working with the feet, and at the wrong end of the client to apply “classic” EFT it will be useful if you can teach them how to do EFT as part of your intake procedure. The short cut abbreviated version (first 7 points EB-UA) will suffice in most cases.

What I have also included in this report is a foot version of EFT where all of the main channels get addressed via the feet (as well as a few additional ones). This obviously makes it very user friendly for the Reflexologist.

My suggestion is to teach your clients the short cut abbreviated version of EFT so as things come up in your treatment they can use it as they need it. It also allows you to combine “classic” EFT with “foot” EFT if the need be.
